Using Google Ads Campaigns to Find New Business Partners and Locations
To implement the strategy of finding new business partners and locations for mini-kitchens, an advertising campaign was launched through Google Ads. Ads were run on the display network and search, with landing pages created as promo pages rather than being tied to the main website or mobile app.
The main goal of the advertising was to attract partners to host small kitchens with a limited food assortment on their premises. For example, such kitchens were opened on the ground floors of business centers, offering a convenient food delivery format through a partner network. Google Ads effectively helped find new locations and establish mutually beneficial partnerships, contributing to business scaling.

We also launched advertising on VKontakte, but sales from this traffic channel were minimal. Mostly, people sent messages to the group and asked questions, with a very small percentage of inquiries converting into sales.
This might be due to the fact that the population of Kostroma is quite small, and the potential target audience on VKontakte was limited!
Or it could be because the traffic from this social network is relatively cold, and it takes longer to warm up potential clients. The sales cycle in this niche can range from 1 to 6 months.
As a result, we tested this channel and found that it performed worse than Yandex Direct in terms of effectiveness.
We decided to focus all efforts and the advertising budget on attracting clients through Yandex Direct and the Yandex Advertising Network.
